Customs & Import Duties for International Customers

Depending on the value of your Little Black Heart parcel additional customs or import duties may be charged.

If additional charges are applicable it is the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to pay these duties.

Unfortunately these charges are dependant on country of destination.

What is your returns policy?

All of our products are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of one of our products having a fault it can be returned for a full refund.

The item must be be returned within 14 days of receipt and in an unmarked, unworn condition with all labels intact..

Sale items are final and non returnable.

By Buying At www.littleblackheart.shop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't right, you can return it to us however we only offer a credit note or exchange on all real fur items.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tags still attached.

Little Black Heart reserves the right to reject any items if we consider your item to be damaged or worn.

They must be free from make up/fake tan in an unworn/unwashed condition and free from any odours.

We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

By placing an order you are purchasing an item on and subject to the following T&Cs.

We reserve the right to amend these terms.

These conditions were recently updated in November 2022.

Delivery Address

You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, we cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

Confirmation Email

On placing an order you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you have provided at checkout, acknowledging receipt of your order.

When your order is dispatched you will recieve a further email with your tracking number.

Subject To Availability

Please be aware that items and sizes are subject to our availability. If an item is mistakenly out of stock for any unforeseen reason we will notify you as soon as possible via email and you will issued a full refund.

Product Pricing

Prices for items may change from time to time due to manufacturing prices or factory costs on restocks or an increase in our freight costs.

However this will not affect orders that have already been placed.
